This privacy policy explains how the app "Life Journal" / "いのちの日記" handles information when you use the app.

1. App Overview

Life Journal is an app that lets users set a birthday and target age, view a life calendar, and save memories for individual days.

Users can save text, photos, and colors for selected days. The app also provides reminder notifications, sharing features, advertisements, and an optional Pro/ad-free purchase.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following information may be stored locally on your device:

Life Journal does not currently provide login, cloud backup, or multi-device sync.

Your memory text and photos are not uploaded to our own server.

3. Photos and Text Memories

When you select a photo, the app uses the photo only for the memory you create and for generating share cards if you choose to share them.

On Android, selected photos may be copied into the app's private storage area so that the app can display them later. These files are stored inside the app's own private data area and are not intended to be visible as normal gallery photos.

The app does not request broad access to your entire photo library. It uses only the photos you choose.

4. Sharing

The app can generate share cards from your selected day or life map.

Sharing is always initiated by the user. When you share a card, the generated image and text are sent to the app or service you choose from the Android share sheet.

Please check the privacy policy of the destination app or service before sharing personal content.

5. Advertising

The free version of Life Journal uses Google AdMob to display ads.

Google and its partners may collect or use information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, approximate location, and other information needed to provide, personalize, and measure ads.

If you purchase or restore Pro/ad-free access, ads are removed inside the app.

6. Purchases

Life Journal uses Google Play Billing and RevenueCat to process and manage Pro/ad-free purchases.

Payment information is processed by Google Play. We do not receive your full payment card information.

The app and RevenueCat may process purchase-related information, such as product ID, purchase status, transaction status, and entitlement status, to determine whether Pro/ad-free access is active.

7. Notifications

Life Journal can schedule local reminder notifications, such as reminders after a period of inactivity or custom reminders configured by the user.

Notifications are scheduled on your device. The app does not use notifications to collect personal information.

You can disable notifications from the app settings or from Android system settings.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete individual memories inside the app.

You can also reset app data from the app settings screen.

You may remove locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from Android system settings.

When a memory is deleted, the app attempts to delete the related locally stored photo file as well.

10. Children's Privacy

Life Journal is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Security

The app stores user-created records locally on the device. Please note that no storage method is completely secure.

We recommend that users protect their device with appropriate security settings.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy when the app changes or when legal, platform, or service requirements change.

The latest version will be identified by the effective date at the top of this policy.

1. アプリの概要

「いのちの日記」は、誕生日と目標年齢を設定し、人生カレンダーを表示し、日ごとの記録を残すためのアプリです。

ユーザーは、選択した日にテキスト、写真、色を保存できます。また、リマインダー通知、共有機能、広告、Pro / 広告なし購入機能を提供します。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

以下の情報は、ユーザーの端末内に保存される場合があります。

現在、「いのちの日記」にはログイン、クラウドバックアップ、複数端末同期の機能はありません。

記録したテキストや写真が、当方のサーバーにアップロードされることはありません。

3. 写真とテキスト記録

ユーザーが写真を選択した場合、アプリはその写真を記録の表示、およびユーザーが共有を選択した場合の共有カード作成のために使用します。

Android では、選択された写真が後から表示できるよう、アプリ専用のプライベート保存領域にコピーされる場合があります。これらのファイルはアプリ専用領域に保存され、通常のギャラリー写真として表示されることを目的としていません。

本アプリは、写真ライブラリ全体への広範なアクセスを要求しません。ユーザーが選択した写真のみを使用します。

本アプリでは、選択した日や人生マップから共有カードを作成できます。

共有は必ずユーザーの操作によって開始されます。共有する場合、生成された画像やテキストは、Android の共有画面でユーザーが選択したアプリまたはサービスに送信されます。

個人的な内容を共有する前に、共有先のアプリまたはサービスのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 広告

無料版の「いのちの日記」では、Google AdMob を使用して広告を表示します。

Google およびそのパートナーは、広告の配信、パーソナライズ、測定のために、端末識別子、広告 ID、アプリの利用状況、おおよその位置情報、その他広告配信に必要な情報を収集または使用する場合があります。

Pro / 広告なし機能を購入または復元した場合、アプリ内の広告は非表示になります。

6. 購入

「いのちの日記」では、Pro / 広告なし購入の処理と管理のために、Google Play Billing および RevenueCat を使用します。

支払い情報は Google Play によって処理されます。当方が完全なクレジットカード情報を受け取ることはありません。

アプリおよび RevenueCat は、Pro / 広告なし機能が有効かどうかを判断するために、商品 ID、購入状態、取引状態、権利状態などの購入関連情報を処理する場合があります。

7. 通知

「いのちの日記」では、一定期間アプリを開いていない場合の通知や、ユーザーが設定したカスタムリマインダー通知をスケジュールできます。

通知はユーザーの端末内でスケジュールされます。通知機能を通じて個人情報を収集することはありません。

通知はアプリ設定または Android のシステム設定から無効にできます。

当方は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。

以下の第三者サービスが、アプリの機能提供のために情報を処理する場合があります。

9. データの削除

ユーザーは、アプリ内で個別の記録を削除できます。

また、アプリの設定画面からアプリ内データをリセットできます。

Android のシステム設定からアプリのストレージを削除する、またはアプリをアンインストールすることでも、端末内に保存されたデータを削除できます。

記録を削除した場合、関連するローカル写真ファイルについても削除を試みます。

10. 子どものプライバシー

「いのちの日記」は 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。

当方は、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集しません。

11. セキュリティ

本アプリは、ユーザーが作成した記録を端末内に保存します。ただし、いかなる保存方法も完全に安全であるとは限りません。

端末のロックなど、適切なセキュリティ設定を利用することをおすすめします。

12. 本ポリシーの変更

アプリの変更、法令、プラットフォーム、利用サービスの要件変更に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを更新する場合があります。

最新版は、本ポリシー上部の施行日によって示されます。
